Guided Visualisations are one of the most powerful and beautiful ways of focusing your intentions, gaining clarity, clearing the past, and starting the manifestation wheel turning positively. The potential of a skilfully crafted visual journey can be magnified through the correct use of specifically created affirmations. For this reason, to become an effective Guided Visualisation and Affirmation Teacher, these two skills are taught in the same widely versatile, inspiring and empowering workshop.
Guided Visualisation is often referred to as meditation. You will learn the difference between the two along with how to help your participants successfully quieten their mind and benefit from the experience. During a visual journey, one may receive inspired guidance, spontaneous awareness or answers or meet messengers.
Affirmations are an amazing tool for co-creating your reality and helping move beyond self-limitation. Following a guided visualisation, affirmations are highly effective in anchoring and manifesting the new wisdom, opportunity or progress one desires. Not all affirmations are created equally however!
An effective and successful Guided Visualisation Teacher helps those who are ready to gently progress in life. They open themselves to the vast super highway of wisdom so they can structure the visual journey to the best advantage for each participant. In addition, through creating powerful affirmations, they can offer additional guidance to ensure that the work that is begun during the visualisation has every opportunity of having a positive influence.
