Make the beautiful historic spa town of Harrogate, North Yorkshire your destination this August. Your host, Anna-Louise Haigh invites you to join her for a very special non-residential retreat. Ready, Steady, Shine is an opportunity to explore the world of your fullest potential, greatest happiness and most powerful manifestations.
Ready, Steady, Shine begins with a welcome buffet at 1 p.m. Friday August 3rd before we settle into this weekend’s positively focused and inspiring programme.
If you are ready for gaining clarity through self-knowing, find answers to the questions, ‘who am I?’ and ‘what is my life about?’ or just fancy some ‘me-time’ with a purpose, then find yourself here.
Throughout this special extended weekend, a natural progression is created as each session is delivered to ignite your inner power, infuse you with greater confidence and enrich your self-values, as you reconnect with your inner wisdom and ultimately radiate from within. The focus is on enjoying your retreat-time and keeping things ‘light’ as you naturally start to shine!
Sessions will include: taming your gremlins, finding greater inner peace, learning to hear the messages from your soul, trusting your intuition, creating power affirmations for any situation, and much more as appropriate for the group that gathers.This extended weekend is a mixture of life enrichment, creating positive life solutions and freedom just to ‘Be’! While never losing sight of your comfort-zone, you will explore ways to increase your daily happiness, relationship harmony, life meaning and purpose.
We culminate our weekend with a ‘Millionaire’s Monday’ which will find us in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, where mobile phones do not work! An early morning start with coffee and fresh baked croissants at Lavender Court is followed by our private coach delivering us to our venue for the day. After a mini workshop in the Cruck Barn, lunch will be provided before you enjoy some time in the beautiful surroundings, so bring your camera and walking boots!
We will return to Harrogate by approximately 5:30p.m. to conclude your retreat.
